Chaos erupted at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja on Sunday when two sisters got into a heated physical altercation after missing their United Airlines flight.
From Missed Flight to Mayhem
Eyewitnesses reported that the siblings arrived late to the terminal, only to discover that boarding had already closed. Frustration quickly turned to fury as one accused the other of causing the delay. What began as a shouting match soon spiraled out of control.
Before long, the two women were seen throwing punches, yanking hair, and scattering luggage across the floor as stunned passengers and airport staff looked on.
One Sister Collapses During the Fight
Amid the chaos, one of the sisters suddenly collapsed, sending onlookers into a panic. Security officers from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) swiftly intervened and escorted the pair to the security office for questioning.
However, even there, tensions reignited — the sisters reportedly resumed their quarrel, forcing officials to separate them once again as order was finally restored.
