A Nigerian woman has shared a remarkable testimony about how a simple act of kindness toward the late Rev. Dr. Uma Ukpai and his wife unexpectedly turned into a $20,000 blessing just a week later.
It will be recalled that the revered evangelist’s passing was officially announced on his Facebook page on October 13, 2025.
Woman Shares Her Life-Changing Encounter
According to Ure Adaku Okozie, who recounted the story on Facebook, her first meeting with the late cleric took place in December 2014. During that encounter, she insisted on footing the couple’s meal bill — an amount that was less than ₦50,000.
To her astonishment, just seven days later, she received a $20,000 gift, which she described as divine favor following her humble gesture.
Her story has since gone viral, with many social media users hailing it as a powerful example of how small acts of generosity can lead to extraordinary blessings.
